Return & Refund Policy
At BodrumCrafts, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review the policy below and contact us so we can assist you promptly.
1. Contact Us First
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Custom-printed, personalized, embroidered, or logo items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- Any return request must be approved in advance. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) — returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery cannot be processed.
- For returns totaling under $300, no restocking fee will be applied. We will issue a refund for the product cost and any applicable sales tax. Please note, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- For returns over $300, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, along with any applicable shipping fees and credit card processing charges.
- All shipping costs (original and return shipping) are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not issue cash refunds.
3. If the Mistake Is Ours
If we shipped the wrong item, a damaged product, or made a printing/packing mistake:
- We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Replacement or store credit will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom printed bags, t-shirts and towels
- Personalized or embroidered items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Used, damaged, or altered products
5. Return Process
- Email us to request a return and explain the issue.
- If approved, we will send you the Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Ship the item back with the RA# clearly written on the package.
- Once received and inspected, refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.
